Walgreens Ink Refill Service not within minutes

I saw a sign for Ink Refills at Walgreens for $10 for black and $15 for color ink. The reason I tried the service is that it stated that within minutes I would get a refilled ink cartridge. Their slogan is “ready in minutes.” When I got their they asked me for my name and phone number. And then gave me a receipt for picking it up. I was told a minimum of 1hr if not 2hrs to refill the inkjet cartridge. Doesn’t seem to be ready in minutes like the slogan states.
